Mt. Bethel Art Enrichment

Fourth grade has been learning about colonial times in American, a style of art that was very popular during colonial times was paper quilling.  We thought it might be fun for the kids to create their own paper quill designs like students in colonial times.

I think using a dark sheet of construction paper with bright color rolls of paper is great but it's not mandatory.
