Color Poetry

 

Use paint color chips to inspire poetry.

​

What you need from the art closet: Nothing ( could use construction paper if you don't have paint chips.

​

What you need from the classroom:  Crayons, markers or color pencils

​

What you need from home: Paint chips from paint supply store

​

How to make it:  Give the kids a color chip, ask them to describe how the color makes them feel then use the next three spaces to create colorful sentences that support how their first statement.
